   Hi there

   I added some custom fields in the bookingform like name, surname, address, birthday and some more. When someone registers for an event, I'd like to have those fields (resp. the content of them) in the Email. Is there any shortcode I could use (something like #address) and can I use the field-ID for that?

   yes, try placeholders at http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/ under 'Booking Person Information' section

   Hi Irene

   Are you using Pro for this? If so, then the placeholders in the link angelonwl gave should work for you

   otherwise, you'll probably need to create custom placeholders to retrieve the info from wherever you're storing that field info
