Booking missing from event after moving site

    We’ve just changed the DNS and WordPress site URL on our website, and our previously working Event Organiser Pro is broken!

    It all seems to work correctly until you get to an event, and the booking function (below the content) is missing. I tried added the booking shortcode, which didn’t help. Event listings, calendars, etc all seem to work fine.

    Weirdly, I tried to rollback to the original URL/DNS, but that has now broken too!
    Checked console logs (no missing JS files) and some of the obvious things, but can’t work it out. I’m suspicious its due to a licence issue.

    We were planning on going live today, and this was the only plugin that broke – any help ASAP would be helpful.

    Hi Michael,

    Please use these forums. These forums here are not as closely monitored, whereas those forums are intended for cutomers. Additionally the moderators here require that topic content is related to the code hosted by WordPress.org (which doesn’t include Pro).

    However, regarding your issue please get in touch ASAP via wp-event-organiser.com/contact/. It’s hard to say what the issue is, but it won’t be related to your license key.

    The reason I posted here is because you’ve disabled registration on your forums.
