I have the Boldy theme. The “contact form” at the bottom of the page does not work. When someone enters their data and hits submit, they go to a blank page that shows #1 (i’m using IE).

Site5 (the maker of Boldy) does not offer support for free themes.

Also, in Chrome, when someone fills out the info and hits submit, their info stays inside the box. It doesn’t look l like it was sent. So people hit send again and again and again. However, the emails are going through to me (at least in Chrome). So, it’s not working properly in Chrome, either.

    My website it http://www.SellJunkInYourTrunk.com

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks for reading my question. And thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this.

I would suggest using the Contact Form 7, plugin

Thank you for your rely. I appreciate it. Contact Form 7 is a good solution for the “Contact Us” page I have on my website. Though, what I’m really looking for is a solution to fix the little “send me an email” box/widget at the bottom of each page of my website.

This “send me an email” widget came built-in with the free Boldy theme and is causing me problems. Whenever anyone uses that to send me an email (via Internet Explorer) and hits “submit”, the widget sends people to a blank page displaying “1” in the upper right hand corner.

Boldy was built by Site5 developers but because it is FREE and not a PAID theme, they are not offering me support on how to fix it.
