• I’m trying to determine how to add body text to a gallery page. I have a gallery of professional images and I want to have a paragraph at the top explaining the theme and the shoot. I don’t want a line under each image, just a paragraph at the top.

I’ve switch the page type, I’ve done normal pages and inserted the photos into the middle of a page, etc. When I update and preview I either get a page with just text and no gallery, a page with text and photos galore with no gallery organization, or a gallery with proffer function and no text.

I feel this should be simple, and I’m new to WP, but I’ve spent 2 days slaving over such a simple task I assume I’m either missing something huge, or its an issue like me using the wrong template or theme, etc.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much!

Here is a link of the page now – you can see there is a line for a subtitle, but even if I type a bunch of text into that, it overlaps the photos and looks horribly unprofessional. I want to be able to have a paragraph of text up there before the gallery begins.
