body not full height

    The body element on my site doesn’t extend the full height of the page. I have the height set to 100% in my css and it doesn’t seem to be a float clearing problem as I have the footer set to “clear:both”.
    Also, the background color on the body element does actually extend the full height of the page so that’s really got me confused.
