Body and header resize issue with Artisteer theme (please help)

Alright guys I am stuck on this issue…

I have an artisteer generated wordpress theme for a church http://maryosip.org and when its at a full window view it looks fine, however when you shrink the browser window the center body shrinks and cuts off the header and there is no horizontal scroll at the bottom…

Is there anything I can add in CSS to make this more convenient for the client?
