Hello,
Did you setup the wpapi files and upload them to your phpBB styles directory?

Hi Jeremy, thanks for getting back to me.
Yes, they were set up and uploaded to:

Well it could be a key mismatch. In wpapi files set the secret code to something like test and then edit plugin control panel to use the word test.
Obviously it should be changed once working but since we are troubleshooting this would be better at the moment.
Also http://www.havoca.org/phpBB3/ is the correct URL for your setup.

I am following up to see your progress on this issue. Did you get it working for your setup?

Sorry for the tardy response.
Added a simple security key and still no joy.
My domain name HAVOCA is piggy backed onto another site. Would that make a difference?
Thanks for following this up – I appreciate your efforts

It appears something is wrong with the wpapi files in your setup. I would suggest redownloading clean files and changing the secret word to test. Do make sure it is between the ” so ‘test’.
Then make sure test is set as your secret key. I can tell from your install by doing a manual check something is incorrectly set in your wpapi files.

OK – thanks I’ll try that later.
All the best

I want to get this working for you as I care about the quality of my code. So set the secret word to test and I will see if the wpapi is working. Then we can troubleshoot the GUI.
I suggest going to cyberws.com and clicking on contact us and use the web form so we can email each other directly. I don’t want to pass out emails over this open forum.
WP needs private messaging.

I sent you an email yesterday.
Hi!
I had the same issue and solved the problem by changing the <? to <?PHP in the wpapi.config.php. As my server doesn’t allow the shortform.
