I’ve had a problem for months now.

All imported avatars from e.g. facebook come out unrecognizably pixelated.
I’ve tried a dozen plugins for this and they all come out the same, so I’m beginning to think it might be theme related.

I appreciate any solutions or thoughts on the matter. My users have had these long enough.

Hi,

I am looking at http://i.imgur.com/eXNvC.png where other FB profile pictures are and this part looks good. Find a plugin that does not import, use actual thumbnails from FB instead 🙂

According to the support at wp social login it’s because the theme resizes the pictures, making them blurry.

The pictures they get are 50×50 apparently.

Hi,

In Responsive images do resize, but don’t get blurry 🙂

Please post more details on http://themeid.com/forum/ along with some type of guest login as well. They gave the explanation here saying that this is a Theme, not knowing what Theme you’re using or the link to your site 😉
