Please provide a site link and indicate specifically which image is at issue so we can review this issue.

    Hi!
    Its these two
    http://ljb.com.au/products-page/maternity-dresses/boatneck-maternity-dress and

http://ljb.com.au/products-page/maternity-dresses/printed-maternity-boat-neck-dress. I have a couple of other but these two I focus on today.

It doesnt seem to matter what size or file type. In the gallery they are really clear and are in general. So I have no idea what I am doing wrong?

I also re-uploaded them through the product page not the gallery after reading some notes but it has made no difference. I really need to sort this out as I have more to up load but deleted them as they did the same.

the small thumbnails look distorted as they re-sized in the browser from a non-square aspect ratio to a square one, which is causing them to appear distorted.

The main img is distorted due to forced sizes in your sylesheet. Make your images fit your theme/template or modify the theme css.

    Hi again,
I resize them again to fit the product image size and they seem a little better. The thing is I upload another image doing exactly the same thing and they are blurry. The product image size 300x500. The first image is 190x500 and the second one is 166x 500 and they are blurry again.........

Until you figure out aspect ratio it will be hard to help further, it's actually math, a ratio..

I think you just made the size bigger than the usual pixels. Get a higher resolution pictures and you will not get a blurry photo.
