BlueHost WordPress Error Code 403

    I just bought a domain today at http://www.creativesplat.com and I have tried installing wordpress from bluehost, but I keep getting the error 403 code and it has never happened to me before. Since I already have another website that uses wordpress that bluehost supports.

    Anyways does anyone know how I could resolve this issue? I’ve already sent a email to bluehost asking for support but I don’t know if they will ever reply back.

    I just want to upload this http://www.superstevo.com/cs/ to creative splat root folder but for some reason the website won’t show it.

    When I try to upload wordpress on bluehost through simplescripts I get this message

    Permission Denied
    Your server responded with “Permission Denied”, which means you probably have some improper permissions set on your server. If you are not familiar with this error (a “403” Error), please contact your server admin or web host about possible resolutions.

    403 generally means the server can’t read the file it wants, among many many other causes. Bluehost is excellent with their live chat support. I would try that.
