   Morning,

   Yes im new to WordPress. I installed it with no problems on my host, Bluehost. But my question is I have been going thru the WordPress.org lessons and I login to my Dashboard thru http://www.xs4all2.com/admin, and it looks like I can make a blog from there.

   my question is ........which one do i use my Bluehost acct or WordPress.org to start my blog??

   I'll assume that you're referring to bluehost having a simple install using fantastico or something similar.

   My opinion is that its better to download WordPress from wordpress.org and install following the instructions. Mainly because it will give you a better understanding of the installation and where all the files are.
