BLUE SCREEN – Every Custom Field Wiped ;(

    okay ive been having computer problems for a while now…
    I lost about 250 articles just then after a blue screen… I was able to start a Backup i did a few weeks ago but i just lost alot of time 🙁

    Every custom field is gone however the post Title > Content > Tags > Categories are all fine….

    Its just the Custom fields are all gone..
    I use the following plugin to make posts – they grab the video and put the video url into the custom field:

    If i import every post again with the plugin above and get the custom fields sorted HOW can i import the everything i backedup that i can access such as> Title > content > and Tags > Categories > everything but the custom field if this makes sense >> Someone please help

    Or anyone know a really good Hard drive recovery tool

    So basically to recap I can start again and import every “Custom field” with the plugin > but then i have to Import the Title > Article content > tags > and categories into every Post it made. with the working XML file i just exported from the broken site… Please someone help me do this … its 6am so i need to sleep soon but i will reply ASAP
