• Today when I logged into my WordPress blog, for some reason unbeknownst to me, I cannot look at BlogStats anymore. It wants me to log in to see them, but when I try to log in with the username and pw I use to log into my blog, it will not log me in. I don’t know what happened to make BlogStats demand login information from me. Is there any way to be able to see my own stats again with BlogStats?

  • It wants the user name/password you use to log into wordpress.com

Thanks! That got me in. Now, is there a way to disable this need to log in once I’m already logged into this blog? It never used to ask me for this before. I’m not sure why it suddenly does now. This particular blog is an installation on my own website rather than a wordpress.com blog.

The stats come from wordpress.com. About every 4th time or so I have to log in – didn’t ever have the time to worry about it as I don’t check stats but maybe three times a week.

    You might do a search.

I get this request to log in to see the Stats page also. Don’t know why it is happening but if I just click Cancel, the login window goes away and I can see the Stats page.
