sidebar.php only shows three of the actual four categories in the sidebar... and has: <?php get_links_list(); ?>
I assume that function gets the Blogroll part of the list, but I cant seem to find it...
What is the actual page I have to go to to edit/format the blogroll section?

Are you talking about the "LINKS" part of your dashboard under wp-admin/index.php?

No.
I'm talking about how to format what's actually being displayed when get_links_list() is called. For instance I have the theme I am making which can be viewed here: http://img111.echo.cx/img111/5764/site2rc.jpg
See how all the links are formatted nicely in the other boxes? Where do I go to acutally format the links list?
