   I just upgraded to wordpress.org and everything seems to be working fine, except my Links widget on wordpress.com, which contained links to colleagues' websites, has morphed into something called a Blogroll on my new .org site, and has in it a variety of WordPress links. All of mine are gone. When I try to edit, I get a message that says, "There are no options for this widget."

   Does that mean I can't have links to colleagues or other sites anymore? Or should I delete this widget and reinstall a Links widget?

   When using widgets the Links widget will display whatever links you have configured at Links > Link Categories

   You can delete those current links at Links > Edit

   Add new links at Links > Add New - where you will also have the option of creating new Link Categories
