bloginfo to show posts page when front page is static (1 post)

    Can anyone tell me how to output the posts page (according to Settings->Reading->Posts Page ) if the front page is set to static?

    bloginfo ('url') just gives me the front page and there doesn't seem to be a string that will make it output the posts page url.
