   I'm new in WordPress guys..I need backup, I successfully created 4 multisite but the blog.dir is empty.What i've miss.

   The blogs do not live on the server anywhere. they are virtual. The blogs.dir folder is only for media uploads. that's it.

   I really thought that the whole page is save in that dir when you create a multisite

   Nope. The folders are made when you upload images for the blog in question.
