[resolved] Blog Wiping out Archive Sidebar (3 posts)

On one of my archive pages, the text for one of the blogs for that month is displaying in the sidebar: http://thaifoodandtravel.com/blog/2009/04/

Normal sidebar data is pushed off the page; images for the blog (which is http://thaifoodandtravel.com/blog/pad-thai-at-talaat-aw-taw-kaw/ ) are at the bottom of the main page.

All other archive pages appear to be behaving correctly. Check out:

There is an extra </div> tag that causes the problem right under:

    <a href="http://thaifoodandtravel.com/blog/category/travel/" title="View all posts in Travel" rel="category tag">Travel</a> | <a href="http://thaifoodandtravel.com/blog/thai-new-year/#comments" title="Comment on Thai New Year">1 Comment »</a></p>
</div> // this is the problematic tag

So check your template files to see which template is causing this issue.

Ahh, thank you so much! It turns out that the problem was not in the template (I suspected that because all of the other archive months were displaying correctly.

It turns out that there was an orphan </div> tag in the post previous to the one that was showing up in the sidebar. When I removed that, the problem disappeared.

Thanks so much for pointing me in the correct direction.
