   I'm not sure exactly how to ask this questions :)

   I created a subdomain where I installed a second wrodpress simplescript. The main page is http://www.momsheadquarters.com. The secondary page is http://www.momsheadquarters.com/shop where my future e-shop will be located. The shop home (www.momsheadquarters.com/shop) defaults as a BLOG view for posting. I would like this to default as a PAGE so that my shop plugin (WP ecommerce) may be placed there.

   Does this make sense.

   Can anyone tackle this for me???

   make a page which you would like to be your front page

   go to settings->reading and set that to be your front page

   If you would still like your blog posts available, make another page for your blog posts and set that as your posts page in the same place
