All in One SEO Pack
[resolved] [closed] Blog Title same as homepage title and can't be changed (15 posts)

    I upgraded to v2.0 of the plugin today and the title of the 'Posts Page' is now the same as the 'Home Page' title and can't be changed.

    I restored back to the previous version and the issue disappears.

    Thanks

    Hey guys, I have the same problem. Was this issue resolved? If so, what is the solution? If not, what's the best way to work around this? Thanks!

    @ademcifci

    How did you restore to the previous version? Did you just overwrite the files in the plugin's directory?

    That should work; or, you can delete the all-in-one-seo-pack folder and then in the Dashboard go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload, and upload and install the old version from there.

    mobility car,

    If you can get to Plugins on your Dashboard, it may be easier to delete the plugin from there first; then you won't have to deal with FTP. Don't worry, you won't lose any of your settings.

    Is there a timeline for the next release or should I revert to an older version as well?

    twofivethreetwo,

    There is no firm timeline as of yet; we hope to have it released next week. Revert if you can't wait and are experiencing problems that haven't already been addressed here in the forums.

    I think I am having the same issue. However, I just updated to the most recent version 2.1.3
    I used to use 1. something.

    Now the homepage meta is being grabbed from the blog page.

    I have tried changing a lot of things, and the only way of editing it is by editing the blog page meta.

    You can view the site here.

    Thanks in advance.
