Blog title displayed on the end of my posts – dispalyed in google

Does anyone know how to resolve the issue of wordpress seo sticking my blog title which is at the end of some of my posts displaying in google?

e.g. -https://www.google.com/#output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=innerpowerzone.com&oq=inn&gs_l=hp.1.0.35i39l2j0l2.11340.11786.0.13650.3.3.0.0.0.0.130.328.1j2.3.0…0.0.0..1c.1.15.psy-ab.uAuyC6Ry5LA&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.47244034,d.d2k&fp=cc66c377550e7a1b&biw=1366&bih=624

I have already edited the title and post section but can’t remove the tag ‘inner power zone’ at the end of several posts.
