Your title for your blog is set in the Admin > Options. It is generated automatically within your site in several places featuring the bloginfo('name') tag. It is found within the “title” of the page in the head of the header.php. It is also found in the id=header or h1 tag in the header.php template file. To remove the tag from the header, find the reference and either comment the code out or delete it from the header lines.
