Blog tagging option?

    Hi,
    I’m running a multisite install and have the following simple question.

    Can I ‘tag’ individual BLOGS with keywords?
    e.g. Blog 1 is tagged with ‘bikes’ and ‘cars’ whereas blog 2 is tagged with ‘cars’ and ‘ice cream’

    There may already be a way of doing this but I can’t find any documentation on how to do it.
    Any help would be appreciated!
