   I am using a theme that supports 2 widgets. I want to have the blog subscription widget that comes with the free download. Can I import it somehow into my theme?

   i want to send an email to the subscriber notifying him a new blog is posted

   The one I'm referring to is the same blog subscriber that allows me to receive notification that you are so graciously helping me.
