Hi guys..
This is my first time using a blog, and my first happens to be WordPress. I love it, but I have a question. When someone subscribes to my blog, What does that actually do?? does it allow them to make comments?? OR does it inform them when I make new posts??
If you have your Settings-General, Users must be registered and logged in to comment , then a visitor would need to be Registered. After they are registered then they only need to login to leave a comment.
Subscription could also mean they simple subscribe to a feed (see WordPress Feeds). Or you could also have a plugin, such as Subscribe2, that sends duly subscribed members your posts.
Note: I changed your topic title to be mixed case letters as all capital letters is considered YELLING.
