   Hey,

   I've 'successfully' installed the stats plugin. I entered API key, and got the page that things would start recording in 20 minutes.

   Later, when I went back to check, it just asks me for my username and password. I've tried the correct blog username and pass and my wordpress username and pass. I've even tried resetting the password a couple times thru the stats plugin. No dice.

   What am I doing wrong?

   Oh, I also removed the plugin and downloaded a new version, putting the new version on my server. I was hoping it would ask me for the API key and we could start again, but it recognised that it was also set up.

   Thanks, Trent, that worked.

   I'd actually tried all three and even reset the password(s) more than once, but maybe pausing and breathing is what helped. Anyway, thanks for your help.

   I also faced this problem for the change of Api 2 times...now solved :-)
