blog stats not registering due to temp permalink change

The Blog Stats for http://www.allthingsplc.info/ stopped correctly posting top landing pages links. Top posts and pages are now listed as ‘no title on file’ and also when you do try and go through listed links, this error page comes up: “Not Found The requested document was not found on this server. Web Server at allthingsplc.info” I am fairly certain this is a result of a failed/incomplete attempt to change the permalink structure last week. In settings/permalinks, a custom structure was selected without any of the other necessary changes (to .htaccess and CHMOD). So all live pages were “Not Found”. So the settings/permalink structure was changed back to the default. And now we can not bring up any Blog Stats going back from that fateful day (when a custom permalink attempt was made).

Hope this makes sense. Hard to describe and research also. Appreciate any guidance.
