   just migrated to wp.org. What happened to Blog Stats? Do I need a plug-in?

   Yes. Try http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/stats/

   Same problem here. The above link is not descriptive enough for me, or I don't have the features I need to start it.

   It says: "Create a stats directory in your plugins directory. Typically that's wp-content/plugins/stats/."

   How? I have no options to create a stats directory. Must I know code?

   "Into this new directory upload stats.php and open-flash-chart"
   Again...can anyone tell me how to do this? It's like I have a completely different layout without any of these options.
