blog start page "not found" if missing trailing slash in URL (3 posts)

I've managed to install WAMP server + WordPress 3.0, change the port in apache (it's windows, 80 used in iis) and enabled mod_rewrite.

It works, pages, posts, but the start page can be seen only if the url has a trailing slash:
    http://localhost:180/blog/
If I enter : http://localhost:180/blog, without slash, it says "Not found".
Finally this blog will be on internet, I need to access it without the trailing slash. What can I do?

  2. That's actually an issue with the server configuration. I don't have any experience with WAMP, so I can't tell you how to fix it locally, but I can assure you that it will work on a properly configured server when you decide to go live.
