Blog requires a password to view

First off I am sorry this request has been posted twice before but the originals had ‘resolved’ on it and I could not edit my posts to say ‘unresolved.’ For some reason I kept being sent to the below page every time I tried to edit and or delete it, (5 times). I tried editing them through 2 different browsers Explorer & Opera with no luck. I was sent to this page:

I will try and delete it asap. This is my 3rd ttempt at posting it properly. Mods could you please delete the other 2 (Thank you)

My problem:
People have to log in to view my blog, it was never like that before. I did a search and found one such problem but it does not seem to be my problem. Bluehost took my site offline for awhile due to spamming in the forums but that has since been resolved. Other than that I don’t know why this is happening. Is there a place in site admin I’m missing where this could inadvertently be turned on?
