   I have a self-hosted WordPress blog but when I search for it on WordPress it doesn't show up. Is there something different I have to do to register a self-hosted blog?

   I don't believe wordpress.COM searches 'self-hosted' blogs. Use google instead.

   I do use Google. However, I wanted the added benefit of being included on the WordPress site. In hopes that my blog might appear on the front page. Is that only an option for blogs hosted by WordPress?

   As far as I know, but you might contact wordpress.COM support if necessary:
