Blog problem / themes not working

    Hi
    since few days I va had problem with Echelon theme. So now I switched off all plugins installed new fresh copy of WP3.8 and seems that even default themes are not working correctly. Im attaching screenshots, maybe someone will figure out whats going on.

    1st screenshot – page loaded correct (should be always like that as its default theme with 0 plugins installed) and 2nd is when page loads incorrectly (then I have to refresh few times) until it loads correctly.

    Are you able to provide a link to the site?

    To me it almost sounds like it could be host related not so much WordPress. It is a little hard to say for sure though.

    Took a quick peek, and Chrome says there is a redirect loop within the CSS file itself. But when I remove the version from the CSS file call, I get the style.css file and noticed no such loop.

    I would take a look at the CSS file and make sure there are none of these:
    @import url
