    Hello Friends,

I am using a Child style.css for the Twentyten them. The client needs to have their BLOG roll and Archive BLOG list on the main page.
However when you see the layout of the main page you will see that it is developed leaving space only in the bottom one third section. This is where the BLOG and Archive.

If anyone has an idea how I can place these two elements inside this section, I would be extremely grateful hearing from you.

The BLOG needs to sit on the left and the Archive list on the right. But they both need to fit into that lower page area where the empty blue section and the words, Page Content are. BLOG on the left side, Archive list on the right.

    Page width is 870px.

    Many, many thank in advance.

    David

You could make that page's template widget-capable and then add the Links & Archive Widgets to the page. See http://quirm.net/2011/09/15/widgetizing-any-page/

No problem. It's not the only solution that you could use but it may well be the easiest if you're not used to working with WordPress. If it doesn't work out for you, post another topic and we can have a look at some other solutions.

    Hello Esmi,

I followed the example on the link you sent to me and thank you for that. Much appreciated!
However, it seems I am still against the same issue.

I still need to find a way to position both the BLOG roll and the Archives posts inside the area in lower page. This is the area where the empty blue section appears - (you can see the words Page Content).

If you, or anyone knows of a solution - I would be extremely grateful hearing from you!
