Hi, I installed a wordpress blog yesterday at http://www.shotsbylaine.com/blog
Today I did a post and while the subject is showing and if I put an excerpt in it shows, the post itself is not showing.
I repaired all of my database tables, disabled all of my plugins and reverted back to the default wordpress theme and still the same problem.
Can someone please help me or point me in the direction of fixing it myself?

Could be your theme. Have a look at WordPress Posts Only Show A Few Lines Of Text

I reverted back to the default theme and still had the same problem.
I'll try it though, thanks! *edit...it didn't work!*
The post content didn't show when using the default theme? Do you have any active plugins? If so, can you deactivate them? Have you edited the default theme? And, rather obvious but... did you enter any text within the post's main content area in Admin/Posts/Edit?

Ok...this is really strange. I deleted the post and did a new one and it seems to be showing fine so far.

Did you paste content in from Word. Don't! The pasted text will also contain Word's own formatting. Sooner or later, this formatting will stop your pages from being displayed correctly (if at all) in Internet Explorer. If you cannot possibly manage without Word, paste your text into NotePad (or another text editor) first, then copy from NotePad into WordPress.
