I created a new post this past week, and when I preview it, all looks good. But when it's viewed from my site, the formatting is wrong - never seen this before.

I'm using 2.8.5 and the Flexx theme.

I'll give you two examples -

    wrong formatting - http://amyfranko.com/2009/11/04/go-where-they-aint/

    Formatting OK - http://amyfranko.com/2009/10/29/keep-your-biz-on-track/

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

you have a lot of unclosed and mismatched tags - hard to say with those errors

I can see it in IE7, Firefox is ok.
It seems to be caused by the double quotes in your blog's title, which get taken somehow into the meta description tag - see here:

<meta name="description" content="Harry Beckwith describes a strategy in Selling the Invisible called "Go Where They Ain't." What does that mean for your consulting practice? Read on to find out. " />

That seems to disturb the IE so it forgets to 'read' the style sheet.
Do you add the meta description manually, or do you use a SEO plugin ?

You could change the quotes to single quotes, that may solve the probem ;-)
