    Is there any way to avoid the automatic invoking of the “Blog Pages Number” limit?

    The blog pages number is set on the reading options page, but the theme I am using does a bunch of fancy stuff and I need the blog pages number to be turned off or set to unlimited.

    Is this a bad idea?

    The blog is a photo blog so on the archive pages it just shows thumbnails (from the blog excerpt field). I want it to show all thumbnails for which ever type of archive is being viewed, either a specific category or a single month.
