blog page showing only first post

Live site.

I’m having trouble getting this blog page worked out. Currently, it’s using home.php as it’s source. Using home.php was recommended to me by someone per the Template Hierarchy, does it make sense to use home.php for a page that will display all of my posts? Why is it showing only one post- the first post?
