BLOG page not showing posts

    Hello.

    My name is Tahnee and I am trying to build my own personal portfolio style of website. I got a friend to upload the theme for me. I am having trouble with getting the BLOG page to show my posts.

    If you go onto the actual BLOG page http://www.tahneearlt.com/blog – it says nothing is found. However if you type into the websites search box the keyword ‘test’, as my BLOG post has the word test in it, the search results find my blog post on http://www.tahneearlt.com/?s=test

    How do I get around fixing this?

    All the other pages work fine with adding posts to them.

    possibly change the title of your test post to something else than ‘blog’;

    there could be a conflict between the page title ‘blog’ and the post title.

    or add more posts to see if they show up.

    also consider to contact the theme seller for support – they might know if there are any problems with your theme.

    Wow… you are actually a living, breathing genius. Something so simple and it was frustrating me for months. You made me also realise something else. See I was writing my ‘blog posts’ on my BLOG PAGE. I wasn’t actually going to the Post section to ‘add new post’, rather I thought the page was the same as the post. Either way I got confused!
