I am not computer savy, far from educated on how this stuff works, but I have compiled a site that fits my needs nojusticeintampa.com . I dont like the way my comment/blog page looks, I want it to look kind of like this http://flfamilycourt.com/node/9 . Can anybody help me?

Honestly, I do not know if it can be done.

Judging by FLFamilyCourt.com’s FavIcon (or icon) they are using Drupal which is NOT WordPress. I recommend you hire somebody to do this.

You should be able to do that but it is a pretty significant rewrite of the theme you have. If you are going to do this yourself you are going to have to learn quite a bit about WP, PHP, HTML, and CSS. I’d suggest digging through the WP theme repository to find a better place to start.
