Hello! I just want to ask on how to put the news on my main page along with other things. Coz I see that when I put the <?php include('folder/index.php'); ?> an error keeps on showing up. And when I use <?php include('folder/wp.php'); ?> on the main page, the news DOES show up; but when you click on the title or the comments link and the title link at the bottom and top of the news, respectively, I am being redirected to index.php, the main page with a pre-configured page layout. By the way, my index.php file is located in another folder which I named as "news" so as my site would become organised.
Please help me. I would appreciate your help... thank you.

I think this is what you want. Under "Options -> General", you have this option:
Blog address (URI):
So if your Main Page is in a different location than you wordpress directory, set it here, so the links will link properly. (eg. if your main page is in your sites root directory, set it to http://www.yoursite.com)
