Your link is no help since you have a construction page up.

Is that page a category page? Do you have a loop to show the blog posts? We need some information on how that page is built.

I made it so that the static page of the posts page redirects to news page. I created a post and it did not appear in news menu section. I am confused. I did this many times, but the blogs or blog page did show up this time.

here is the screenshot. I believe I did everything correctly. I did this before for many sites with no problem.

Then I created a post and still does not show up.

As you see from the screenshots, I did create 2 posts and they do display, but the actually blog does not show up.

Have you tried deactivating ALL plugins and switching to the default theme?

Or have you asked the developers of the theme?

Yes I did deactivated all the plugins with no success. But I didn't revert to the default theme. Will I lose everything, if I do?

    No, that's standard troubleshooting.

The blog shows up on the Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated. I tried activating the plugins one by one with Twenty Thirteen theme and the blog works well with all the plugins.

So it is a theme issue. Like WPyogi asked, have you contacted the theme authors?

    I will do. Thanks

So reverse your steps - first switch to your theme - if you have the problem, it's a theme issue and you'll need to ask the theme developers - as these forums only support themes from this site.

If it works still, reactivate your plugins one by one - see which one is causing that problem.

I am using Shuttershot theme. Since it's a free theme, can I post in the theme forum?

WordPress.ORG forums only provide theme-specific help for themes from here:

    http://wordpress.org/themes/

We have no way to support themes from elsewhere.

I'm sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek theme-specific support from the theme's developers - paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.
