   When I try to log in to two of my blogs as admin I get the following errors
   Warning: require(/home/caowlo80/public_html/carolowens/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/caowlo80/public_html/carolowens/wp-settings.php on line 21

   Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/caowlo80/public_html/carolowens/wp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/caowlo80/public_html/carolowens/wp-settings.php on line 21

   How can I access my blogs?

   What version of WordPress are you using? I would start by downloading your version of WordPress (http://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/) and replace the /wp-includes/load.php and /wp-includes/load.php files via FTP.

   As always, make sure you create a backup of all your files before doing anything.

   I have the same problem and I do not understand the solution? How do I know which "version" of wordpress I had....if I can't access my blog...or even log in? Please advise.
