The blog is not visible until the page is refreshed. I am having this problem with one of several DreamHost one-click WordPress installations. The others are fine. At first, this cured it:

But after upgrading to WP 2.0.4 it was back, and I could not solve it. I even switched themes, wondering if the theme was buggy. The problem persisted, so it is within WordPress itself. Here is the blog:

I have tried disabling the wp-cache plugin without success. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

That seems as an answer for me...

Yes, I wondered if there was a problem with the install. What would be a solution? I suppose I could manually refresh the WP files from copies of other installations. If that doesn't work, I would have to create a new WP installation and reconnect it to the database?

I had the same problem on my page (Pakistaniat.com). In my case it turned out that it was because I have moved up to PHP5 and that needs a small change in cache.
