   my site bestoffloridaonline.com was hacked somehow and a malicious malware was placed on all the pages. I want to delete the wordpress blog and start over with a fresh install but I want to save my 100+ blog posts. My question is how can I do a fresh install of wordpress and not lose all of my blog posts?

   I forgot to post the link to my wordpress blog. here it is http://www.bestoffloridaonline.com/wordpress-2.1.3/wordpress/index.php. The wordpress blog shows errors at the top and bottom of the page. Google dropped my pagerank to 0 because of the malicious malware.

   Go to the dashboard>tools>export menu. Once there, do an export. If I understand how WordPress does these, it will export only the parts you need to keep your posts, comments etc.

   After that, you can re-install WordPress.

   A couple more notes:

   1. If you were infected, it is very likely your theme was infected. You may have to start with a clean theme.

   2. You may have infected files in your wp-content, plugins and uploads folders. When you reinstall, replace all your plugins with new ones. Also, go through your uploads folder and look for suspicious files in there.

   I was infected quite badly and was able to clean things up and recover. Good luck. :)

   Another note I forgot to mention is related to users.

   Do you have PhpMyadmin access? If so, go into the users table and see if there are duplicate users with admin access. Clean any duplicates out and change the login and password for remaining admins.
