   I haven't looked at my website in a while, but now that I'm ready to start writing the site is gone. So is my ability to access /wp-admin

   I think I updated something when I last looked at the dashboard. My instinct is that if I can get into the dashboard, maybe change the theme or something, things will work itself out. Is there another way to access my dashboard?

   I've checked with GoDaddy (my host) and everything is okay with the hosting, and my other two blogs are just fine.

   The message is that there is an Error establishing a Database connection, so I would login to e.g. Cpanel and check that the database is still there and then check wp-config.php as well to ensure that all the settings are as they should be.

   I would then disable all the plugins using FTP as well.
