Blog Editor who can only edit/publish posts in certain categories – possible?

    I’m wondering how I would go about having X amount of editors on my news website, but they each have their own category and can’t edit/publish posts outside that specified category.

    Also a way that each editor is notified when a post in that category is pending to be published.

    How would I go about doing this?
