chowell18Hopefully someone out there has experienced the same issues I am currently facing w/ my company's blog.
Here's the back story...
Essentially, our blog has "disappeared" and/or reported errors twice in the past 2 months. Both times, a full restore, from a server backup was needed in order to get the blog back up and operational. Re-uploading all of the files, etc. was not successful - only the server backup worked.
After the first 2 incidents, I upgraded to WP 2.7. We've been running that for a couple weeks now. Our last post was on 1/12/09 and I show access to a post in the logs, as of 1/22 (this morning).
This afternoon, we discovered the blog is down again... Posts are inaccessible, Admin is inaccessible, etc.
Various posts have indicated this could be an .htaccess issue. Both our main website .htaccess and the one within our /blog/ folder haven't been updated since 2006, so I don't believe that is the issue.
I do show access to the .CSS files and there are other processes still running, for example:
Has anyone seen this problem before? Any solutions?
