    There is problem with blog design appearance as it appears garbled. I am using Internet Explorer 8.1

    what blog?

    please post a link to your site.

    have you checked the site with http://validator.w3.org/ - this might give you some hints on what is wrong.

    IE often has problems with invalid html code.
