Blog Crash

Hi,

I’ve installed the latest WP on my site http://davidbreaker.com

Everything was fine until I installed & activated a new theme (#31126) from Template Monster. Immedietly on my WP Dashboard I got this error message at the top, and the rest of the page loaded incorrectly (spacing all odd, tables messed up etc)

Needing help I decided I’d change my password to something unique so I could share it. Once I pressed enter, the page went blank. Now when I go to log in, I get nothing except this;

What can I do? I can’t even get to WP Dashboard to change themes back! Please help….
