blog by email instructions

I searched. I swear to God. And yet, I could not find.

Could someone post a link to or give me a rundown of the instructions for posting by email? I just got 1.5 running and that’s next on the list.

(Maybe a few tips on how to use the documentation would be good — right now there’s a lot that I can’t find.)
